My premium account got suspended

Our system automatically sends payment reminders as your renewal date closes in. You should be receiving a total of 5 reminders before your account lands into suspension.

Do not worry if your account does get suspended, we all know how busy we all are and how easy it is to forget these things.

You can easily renew your suspended account by following these steps:

  1. Go to and login to our client area
  2. Go to Services -> Usenet and click on the package that is currently marked as "Suspended"
  3. A new page will open and you'll find a menu on the left side of the content portion of the page
  4. Click on "Manual Service Renew" to initiate your renewal process
  5. After you've submitted your payment, a new billing period will start and your username and password will be reinstated
