News: New customer satisfaction team

We're thrilled to announce the release of our new customer support portal and satisfaction team. We've been working hard behind the scenes on the next release of our portal, while continuing development of our VPN and storage products. 

Customer portal
After years of service, we've finally decommissioned the legacy customer portal and replaced it with an entirely new system. The new system integrates our order system directly with our service desk, knowledge and payment providers. Users who keep track of their service, payments and tickets will notice a significant increase in functionality and performance.

New mobile VPN app

Encrypted OpenVPN connections are now available with app convenience! Download your app for iOS, Android or Mac and encrypt your connection within minutes. Safely switch between VPN locations while you travel or working remote. Quick, easy and reliable.

14 New server locations

We've added 14 additional server locations, all of which are made available to you effective immediately, for no additional charge. The server locations are easily explored through our mobile app, which dynamically updates when anything changes. We've included new locations in Asia, United States and other parts of Europe including:

Cloud Storage is coming
