Cancel my account

You can easily cancel your account by logging into our client area at https://my.xsusenet.com and follow these steps:

1. Go to Services -> MY SERVICE CATEGORY
2. Click on the label of the package you're looking to cancel (i.e. Usenet 100Mbit, or The Diplomat)
3. A new page will apear with a separate menu. Look for the "Request Cancellation" button in the bottom and click on it
4. Confirm your cancellation request
5. That's it, our team will process your cancellation. You do not need to worry about any invoices left pending, our billing team will credit those as soon as your cancellation is processed
